Full price showing instead of ticket price

Hi. I’m trying to get the checkout page to show tickets in this order

TicketPrice
+Surcharges
+Tax
=Total Price.

Instead I’m getting

Total Price

I also found this old link that may shed light. Has it been changed yet?
