I am attempting to activate a fresh install EE4 and when I activate the plug in I can no longer access the wp-admin panel, EE4 returns a fatal error: Event Espresso Level 2 Maintenance mode is active and the admin interface does not load.

Hi there,
Is that the only error message shown?
On your site can you load:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_maintenance_settings
or
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_about
You’ll need to add your domain to the beginning of the above, but does it show any options on either of those pages?

It was a datbase issue, I sorted it out, thanks for the attentive support though as always, you guys are great.
