Hi there, our free key seems to be invalid, it returns the response:
“The key you have entered is invalid or has expired.”
We are trying to use it on a test version of our site, my intention was to run the EE upgrade on the test site before doing this on the live one.
Are you please able to reset this or assist?
Using EE4.

Hi there,
The _FREE key is intended to be use with Event Espresso Decaff, it will not allow updated to EE Regular.
On your development site you will need to run the updates manually by de-activating and deleting the current version of EE install (your events will not be lost as they are stored in the database)
Download the latest version from your account page.
Then uploads and activate that version on the dev site.
