I am setting up registration for our conference in which a company/organization purchases a sponsorship for the event. Depending on sponsorship level, they will get up to 4 registrations for their company representatives to attend the conference. I would like to allow the primary registrant to optionally list their designated company reps and have these individual people register for the conference on their own. In the past we have collected the company rep’s contact info in the registration form and would then send them a discount code to use when registering to reduce the price of the event to zero. What is the best way to set this up in Event Espresso 4? I have the EE4 Everything license.

Hi there,
There are a few features that don’t work in the way you are I think you are requesting but I’ll break down your questions and answer as best I can.
Depending on sponsorship level, they will get up to 4 registrations for their company representatives to attend the conference.
How are you setting the ‘sponsorship level’?
Is that based on the current user or the current selection?
As in if they are a ‘Gold’ member they get access to X tickets or do they select Gold sponsorship and get 4 tickets?
I would like to allow the primary registrant to optionally list their designated company reps and have these individual people register for the conference on their own.
It depends what you are looking for here, the question groups can be set on the ‘additional registrants’ per event, so if the user selects more than 1 ticket the information is requested, but other than the user inputting the same details for each registrant, those details will not be optional as they will require a value.
Do you have a current example of what you are trying to do? I can advise how to set that up with EE (or similar).

A company sponsor for the conference will typically only purchase 1 sponsorship level. On the registration form I added an optional TextArea field to add Company Representatives. I think this may work for now but was just wondering if there was a better way.
