The Sold out text can be changed by adding a shortcode parameter. You’ll make an edit to the page that has the shortcode.

Assuming you want to change the text to be “Full” or “View info” instead of “Sold Out”, you can change the shortcode on the page to be:

[ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE sold_out_button_text='Full']

or
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE sold_out_button_text='View info']
