Using EE3, version 3.1.37.3.P with the Event Espresso Calendar 2.2.6.p addon on WordPress 4.2.2 When I click on an event from the calendar at http://caahq.com/calendar such as Fair Housing on June 2015, the hover image looks good but clicking on register now takes me to a page full of plain text with details of the event (like it’s missing the css data). When I click through to the Register Now link, it then takes me to http://www.caahq.com/%22/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=get_calendar_events&noheader=true&start_date=1433044800&end_date=1436068800&show_expired=false&ee=92 which generates a 404 which is not surprising due to the %22 in the url. Any ideas of how to fix this? I’m brand new to Espresso having taken over the maintenance of this web site this week. Using the 2015 theme actually broke access to the calendar url, disabling all but the Espresso plugins did not effect the outcome on these pages. I’m not positive, but I’m guessing this broke when the site was upgraded to 4.2.2 |

Hi Audra, Can you link me to one of you events directly please? Not the Calendar, but the event itself. You can find the link within Event Espresso -> Event Overview -> *Hover over the event* -> Click the ‘View’ link that appears. |
|
The link it’s giving me is http://www.caahq.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=events&ee=92. When I click the link (when logged into WordPress) it just goes to the list of events and doesn’t actually open the event itself. Obviously if I’m not logged in, I hit the WordPress login screen. Somehow though it was working as 8 people have registered for this particular event |

Hmm ok, something isn’t set up correctly. Can you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Page Settings. Does it look exactly like this – http://take.ms/7Ukhe |

The Auto Return, Cancel Return and Notify are set correctly. However the Main registration page is currently set to “Main page” which is odd as there is no Main page listed in my list of pages in WordPress. Thanks for the assistance in this ticket |

Spoke to soon – after submitting an event registration I now get “An error occurred. No Attendee was received.” (But it’s further down the rabbit trail……) |

Hi Audra, the four WordPress pages that help with registration checkout need to be publicly published. From your earlier reply, it sounds like you hid the main WordPress pages responsible for registrations. — |

Thanks Lorenzo – I was going on the wording in the screenshot that says the page should be hidden and not password protected, so I made it private. That looks like the issue. |

Everything is working as expected like before? — |

Looks like it! Thanks for your help |
