Format registration page: between price quantity total there is very little space and looks condensed on page.
Can we increase it by a few spaces?

What you can do is set the width for html tables in your theme’s custom stylesheet with one of the following:
table {min-width:400px;}
or
table {width:100%;}

Thank you. But Is there a shortcode so this can only effect event espresso tables not other tables that we are currently using?

no shortcodes, but you can apply an additional selector e.g.
.spco-ticket-info-dv table {
min-width: 400px;
}
