I have created several forms for an upcoming event we have for our non-profit. The entry point for the forms seems to work perfectly fine (http://www.stic.st/conferences/stic13/conference-registration/) however, as you can see if you click on any of the forms (i.e., http://www.stic.st/conferences/stic13/conference-registration/?ee=1), once you arrive on the page of the form, all styling and function goes away and there is no “submit” button. Any ideas as to what I have done to hinder the functionality of the form and to lose the style of it?
I checked the links you posted and something is not right here. The registration page forms will normally load within the content of the standard WordPress page.
The first thing I’d check is if the recaptcha option is enabled in Event Espresso>General Settings, you could try turning it off, or make sure the API keys are entered correctly.
If the recaptcha option isn’t on, then it might be a plugin conflict if there’s another plugin active in the system that has a recaptcha feature. You could then try deactivating other plugins to help narrow down the issue.
