Certain users/purchasers cannot register/buy tickets for events because they can’t put their curser in the form field. Form fields are blacked out. The form fields won’t populate. Other users/purchasers have purchased tickets (seemingly with no issue). Urgently need fix, not sure how many unhappy comedy festival fans are disappointed when they can’t buy tickets.

Hi there,
Looking at your site it looks like you are loading custom templates for the registration page.
Have you have some custom development work done with a previous version of EE?
Do you have FTP access to the site?
