Hi, I seem to be getting an error when trying to place a booking of an event. This message shows up:
An error has occurred: Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations. SNGPGCHC-DSNGPGCHC-PROATTINF-1273
My version of event espresso is: 4.1.9.1.reg Event espresso is a clean install, and I’ve tried removing and reinstalling, also wiped all data from the install to try and sort it. A link to the site is: http://www.matthudson.com/events/unconscious-coaching-workshop-sweden/ Any help would be great. |
Hi Karl, I’ve just ran through a registration on the site and found no issues. http://take.ms/7mVG5 Is this happening with a particular browser? |
It seems to be only happening in chrome as I just tried it in firefox and worked fine. There also seems to be some issues with the backend of event espresso in chrome. An example is in firefox when you click the settings icon on the ticket information this does show up: But in chrome it does nothing. |
Actually the backend bit is working again now. However the purchasing of tickets still brings up the error. Thanks |
Hi Karl, Were you recently using a caching plugin/service on this site? If so, could you please login to your WordPress root and go to the wp-content folder. Then remove the cache related files in that location. — |

Hi Lorenzo, No we’ve never used a caching plugin on the site. I’ve just had a look through the plugins folder anyway to double check and I can’t see anything that has to do with caching. Thanks |
Hi, are there any warnings appearing on the critical pages? WordPress admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Critical Pages — |
The only thing that shows up is this: And all the page status are Page Status OK and Shortcode OK |
Thanks, that the yellow notice will always appear. Its a warning since those pages are needed for Event Espresso to run correctly. Could I have you run one more test? If it doesn’t work, I’ll ask you to create and share a temporary login and share through a secure URL so we can continue troubleshooting. Could you login to your WordPress admin and go to Plugins. Then deactivate all plugins and reactivate only Event Espresso. Then go to this link on your site: http://www.matthudson.com/courses/registration-cancelled/ From there go to any event on your site and try to register one more time. — |
