Hi EventEspresso support team,
I have purchased the flexible payment add-on and I’m very happy with it. There’s only one small flaw: I only have one payment option per event (using the flexible payment add-on), so I would like that option to be selected/checked by default. Can this be added? It would save the attendees one unnecessary click. Thanks a lot for your assistance and best regards.

Hi there,
The Flexible payment method should have the ‘Open by default’ option within the payment method itself to allow for this.
Go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods and click to edit your flexible payment method.
There you should find the option ‘Open by default’ – http://take.ms/uoBHq
Setting that to yes should open the payment method automatically.
