This was in the body of the response:
Unauthorized Request. Bad or missing credentials.

Correct credentials can be located by following this guide:

All password and getaway is work same configuration work with .net code.

it not work in your plugin

May I ask where are you logging in to get your merchant account’s Gateway ID, Password, HMAC Key ID, and HMAC Key?

You will need to set Debug Mode to Yes in Event Espresso > Payment Methods Settings.

i solved issue by setting first data level 2 and level 3 support enabled
