I am having a problem integrating the first data e4 payment with the event espresso software. When I called the first data people they are saying that EE isnt putting out the right hash? im getting this error
x_fp_hash : Could not validate the integrity of the payment from the transaction key, x_fp_hash, x_fp_sequence, x_fp_timestamp, x_amount, and (optionally) x_currency_code values of the request.

Can you check for extra spaces at the start or end of your transaction key in the payment settings? Everything else in the form looks ok.

I checked and everything is correct there. Im wonder if it has something to do with the relay response url? in the box it says http://www.aci-carolinas.org/?type=firstdata_e4&page_id=7 but when i click the question mark next to it it says http://www.aci-carolinas.org/?page_id=778 ?

Hello,
Could you regenerate your transaction key in First Data?
Then copy it and save changes in First Data. Then paste the new transaction key into your payment methods for First Data within the WordPress dashboard.
