We are planning to migrate/upgrade a client from EE3 to EE4 this week but don’t see a First Data option in payment gateways. When I search we get to this page: and the link takes us to purchase a license but we already have a business license. Should we upgrade our business license to get this or is it included? |
Hello again, Event Espresso 4 supports FirstData E4 via the Mijreh payment gateway: http://www.mijireh.com/docs/payment-gateways/ Could you let us know how you found that link so we can get it corrected? Thanks. — |

It was the link I put in the support ticket: https://eventespresso.com/rich-features/multiple-payment-options/firstdata/ The link takes you to a purchase page. So we just add the PEM and setup First Data like before or create a new Mirijeh account? |
Hello again, I was curious how you found that page. I think you located it in the search results but I’m not sure. The First Data integration with Mijireh uses the new E4 global platform so a PEM file would not be used. That is used for the legacy version which I believe was called Linkpoint. — |

Yes just search First Data and you find it. Will the customer leave the website to checkout at Kijireh? Like PayPal? This didn’t happen with First Data and EE3 |
Thanks. I’ll go ahead and setup a redirect for it. Mijireh works as a connector to 70+ payment gateways. On checkout, you’ll be brought to a hosted checkout page that looks like your existing website. Then you can complete the transaction and you’ll see the Event Espresso thank you page. There is an explanation on the video here: Skip to 25 seconds and then continue playing the video. — |

We have Mijireh setup… didn’t know it was $49 a year but now we don’t need the SSL cert |
Hi, it is a good value since they handle securing the payment information. The checkout page will also look like your site so you won’t lose any branding for your organization. I’ve updated the old First Data link to redirect away from that page. Thanks again for letting us know about that link. — |
