I have various events on a website. We’ve noticed that for some events the first attendee form is not being displayed, whilst trying to book from the front-end or trying to add a registration via the front-end.
For other identical events it is working.
There is no difference in the setup of the events. I can eventually make the attendee form display by unticking, saving and ticking again.
I expect these events were duplicated from earlier events but its not recently we have noticed the problem.
I do think there is an issue which we are currently investigating.
You should NOT be able to uncheck the ‘Personal Information’ question group in the Primary Registrant question group section at all. On the current version you can and if then save it will remove that question group from the event. Then, when the page reloads because EE expects that to always be checked, it’s showing as automatically checked even though it’s not actually selected. Unchecking, checking and saving the event again restores the relationship.
So that may have been what you saw above and I’ve created a ticket to get that fixed!
