Hey guys,

Not sure what is going on, but I’m trying to make a support post here, but they don’t seem to be posting after I hit submit. I don’t see the thread in the forums.

Do you see it?

Thanks,

Derek

Hi guys,

The below is in Firefox. Google Chrome seems to work fine. Firefox seems up to date: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2wi2u9y3kxer4ts/Screenshot%202019-05-09%2022.50.33.png?dl=0

I noticed the issue when a customer hadn’t paid, so checked their transaction.

I just noticed that the icon for the payments is not showing up: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9h5y5v7euupn4tl/Screenshot%202019-05-09%2022.38.30.png?dl=0

Also, when I selected the 1st one (which is Stripe), I got an error something about billing information not being entered correctly. It disappeared before I got a screen shot. Then, when I clicked the ‘Pay now’ button, I got this error: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tdaf8d4rkv0jlul/Screenshot%202019-05-09%2022.42.38.png?dl=0

Settings seem alright and haven’t changed anything:https://www.dropbox.com/s/8zg07d5gwml8bvg/Screenshot%202019-05-09%2022.44.04.png?dl=0

Last Stripe payment was processed successfully May 4.

I noticed these errors in a recent customer transaction trying to pay: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7gxtaeg9g34z924/Screenshot%202019-05-09%2022.45.51.png?dl=0

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Derek

Hi Derek,

The number of links in your topics are causing them to get flagged for moderation. So that’s why you’re not seeing your topics right away.

It looks like the problems are your site are originating from the Autoptimize plugin. If you deactivate the Autoptimize plugin, does that fix the issues?

Hi Josh,

I played around with activating/deactivating several plugins and it appears to be working fine with Async Javacsript deactivated.

Where did you it was relating to Autoptimize?

Thanks,

Derek

Where did you it was relating to Autoptimize?

The JavaScript console in the browser’s developer tools showed the errors.
