I am considering buying Event Espresso for my website. I am currently using the free version, Event Espresso Lite, as a sample. The most important function for me is the customized registration forms and PayPal combatibitlity, which I cannot really test in this version.

I am, however, having spacing issue with the “test event” I created when I use the Firefox browser. Please see the following screen shot:

Can you please advise as to how I might obtain a guaranteed fix for this before I buy? Also, is the technical support included in the licensing fee?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi there,

Usually spacing/layout issues on the reg page are due to a theme conflict. Can you try activating the themeroller option in Event Espresso > Template settings to see if that fixes the layout. Or better yet, you could try installing Event Espresso 4 decaf instead.

Technical support via the forums is included in the support license fee.

Hi,

Can you link us to your event page please so we can investigate this?

The license gives you access to updates and support for 1 year.

Do you know we actually have 2 different version of Event Espresso currently? EE3 and EE4. You can try Event Espresso 4 Decaf (free version) here:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-espresso-decaf/

EE4 core has more features but does not currently support the same feature set as EE3 and is not compatible with any of the Add-ons. You’ll find a comparison here:

https://eventespresso.com/differences-ee4-ee3/

If depends on your requirements which is best to use, if you need any specific information just let me know.
