We have been getting many complaints today that registrations are unable to be completed. We were provided with one error received, “Your form data cannot be applied to any valid registrations.” I’ve read the forums on this, and I do not have a caching plugin installed.
However, what I am also concerned with, is the details given under the incomplete transactions:
– Under ‘registration step progress’ within ‘transaction session details’ for the failed transactions, it says that payment options and finalize registration were completed.
– There is no user information attached to these failed transactions
– If the final steps were completed as indicated, could the user have received notice or confirmation that their order went through, while we have no information about them in the backend?
Are you aware of any changes made to the WordPress installation like new plugins installed or updated? Can you check with your web host to see if they’ve made any changes to the server just before this started happening?
