Is there anyway that I can filter registrations or attendees or get a report that I can pull up by event and date/time for individual events and have a list of each approved attendee in that event on a particular date/time with full contact info(name, email, address)??? I need a better way to send attendees emails and mail them materials ahead of each event and am currently struggling with any easy way to access this info in one place.

Hi there,

You can list registrations for specific events by going to:

Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations.

That will list out all registrations for that specific event and if you want to filter only Approved attendees you can then set the ‘status’ filter at the top of the list table to Approved and Filter.

If you want a CSV report of those exact registrations you then click the ‘Filter CSV Report’ button (that button applies any filters you set on the list table to the CSV report).

If you want specific datetime registration lists, the quickest way to get to those is to edit the event and click on the icon next to the specific datetime.

That will load the registration list like above, only it will filter down to the specific datetime, you can then apply additional filters in the same was above.

Is that what you are looking for?

Hi,

this answers my question partly but I also found an issue. When using the second method you mention. Editing the event then clicking on the icon next to the specific datetime, if I try to narrow down to just approved ones it them clears out the specific datetime chosen and lists all registrations.

Also, neither of these options seem to include the physical mailing address information.

Ah yeah, my apologies, you currently can’t apply additional filters when filtering to a specific datetime.

Also, neither of these options seem to include the physical mailing address information.

That’s not something we include in the registration list tables themselve as the tables would just end up cluttered, you’ll need to pull that info from the CSV reports.
