Event Espresso – 3.1.34.1.P Get Version 3.9.2
WordPress 3.9

My client does the following in Event Espresso Event Overview (using the latest v3):

Filter Status: ALL (Active / Inactive)
Retrieve: All

Then he clicks on All Attendees (15299).

It takes forever to load and mostly just crashes the browser. What he wants to do is to be able to search these attendees to find specific people who call to get some information from when they booked years ago.

Is there a better way to do this without it taking so long or having the browser crash?

There are limitations on how much data can be processed in the backend in a single request on a web server. Especially if you don’t have root access to the server, such as on shared hosting. You really need to export the past attendees and look at them in a local database like Access or in a spreadsheet like Excel.
