Filtered list to CSV not working

Hi.

When I go to Event Espresso > Registrations and apply a filter to my list of registrations, it works fine. For instance, it shows 42 registrations when I filter on ‘April 2017’.

However, when I click on the ‘Filtered CSV Report’ button I get this error:

“Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be
found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

Any idea what could be going on, or what I need to do?

We are on Event Espresso 4.9.37.p

Hi Dan,

You’ll need to contact your host and ask them to check the mod_security logs and see if they can remove the restriction that was triggered when you tried the filtered CSV.
