Files Addon for Event Espresso 4

Users are not able to upload images (some but not all, prob. 10% are having problems). They have tried multiple sizes and formats. Is this a common problem. Is there a solution? Thanks!

We actually do not support the files add-on for Event Espresso 4 because we didn’t make it. You can get support here:

If they are not able to help me is there a plugin that Event Espresso 4 did make for file upload? Or plans to make? Thanks!
