Featured Image Not Working in EE3

Started loading a new set of events and the Featured Image isn’t working anymore in EE3.

I noticed a few people reporting the same issue, but the solutions were specific to their websites, there doesn’t seem to be a general fix.

When the Featured Image is loaded, it just shows a blue square icon with a question mark. No new plugins have been added, though I did upgrade to the latest WordPress 4.2.1 recently.

Any help would be appreciated.
