I am using a theme called Kids Life and in the event I cannot see the Featured Image option. I have contacted the THeme Builder and they they have not tested their theme with third party plugins so they refer me back to Event Espresso. Is there any way I can get support from you on this issue? What can I do to get your experts to look into this? I have a valid license.

Hi there,
So you don’t see the ‘Feature image’ metabox shown when editing EE events?
The bottom box here – http://take.ms/Rua2N
If so that usually means the theme is adding support for feature images to specific post types that they are looking for.
First can you double check that the feature image section is enabled within the screen options at the top right of the page – http://take.ms/rUF0N
If you edit a normal post/page do you see the feature image metabox on those sections?

To answer your questions: I do not see the the featured image option on the right and there is NO featured image option (UITGELICHTE AFBEELDING in Dutch) box which can be ticked in the screen settings… The option just seems to be vanished in Events. In other posts there is a featured image option. Just Event Espresso they are gone.

Then its likely down to an issue with your theme, within WordPress the theme determines if feature image feature is enabled and it sounds like your theme sets explicit post types to enable the feature image for, meaning it won’t show on EE events.
Can you send me a copy of the theme to double check? If so you can use support[at]eventespresso.com and include a link to this thread within the content. Note that it may still be down to your theme support to fix this, but I can take a look.
