I got it to work before and it seems to be not working again. How do I make sure that there is no hard crop of the featured image on the single event page?

Hi,
The hard cropping is a actually function of the Divi theme. There may be a setting within the Divi theme’s settings to change the cropping values, I’m not sure though because I do not have a current or recent version of the Divi theme.
I did find some code snippets like this one though:
https://gist.github.com/Pavracer/b8ecda4967f9d8c63c01f59feedd9ffb
and similar snippets where other users of the Divi theme have customized the size of the image cropping.
You could check with Elegant Themes support to see if they have any official support for changing the image crop sizes.
