Is there a function to set a event as featured? Like the function in posts? This way we can show specific featured events together.

Hi Gregor, you could create an event category called featured events and then assign events to that category through the event editor.
Then you could use this shortcode on a WordPress page or post to show those events:
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS category_slug=”featured-events”]

i was thinking of special category, but then i cannot assign them to other category .. hmm .. wait a minute .. thinking as i type 🙂 i can assign event to more categories, right? 🙂
