I have a couple fatal errors that are inhibiting me from being able to delete test registrations and export registration lists:

Registration Deletion:
Fatal error: Call to a member function name() on a non-object in /home/thearub5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/admin_pages/registrations/EE_Registrations_List_Table.class.php on line 362

Export:
Fatal error: Call to a member function name() on a non-object in /home/thearub5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_classes/EE_Export.class.php on line 368

Any help is much appreciated

Hi,

What version of EE4 are you using?

Both those errors point to something to do with a ticket name – have you deleted the event the registrations were tied to?

Hey Dean,

I am using 4.4.8

Yes I have deleted the event the registrations are tied to.

Hello, an event that has registrations linked to it should have a lock symbol like this:

http://cl.ly/image/0e1K2w1d2u0g

That prevents deleting of the event and is a safeguard to prevent a loss of information.

Was this event deleted through the WP dashboard via the trash screen for events?

Thanks

Lorenzo

Yes it was.

I have tried deleting the transaction but I get this error – An error occurred! Please refresh the page and try again.

I also tried refunding the payment – An error occurred! Please refresh the page and try again.

I then made the event for a past date so that the registration would be for an event that already passed

Another error I get when I try to delete registrations –
Fatal error: Call to a member function ID() on a non-object in /home/thearub5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/admin_pages/registrations/Registrations_Admin_Page.core.php on line 1763

Lastly I resulted to deleting registrations and transactions in phpmyadmin.

For the fatal error registrations the names and registration disappears but the “Fatal Error” still shows up in their registration area in the event registration lists. This seems to be what is preventing me from being able to export the CSV.

Hi, the steps that you described are a little different than what should happen.

If there are any registrations for an event, then Event Espresso should not allow you to permanently delete the event. There should be a lock as I shared in this screenshot:

http://cl.ly/image/0e1K2w1d2u0g

We can help you remove the remaining unlinked information but this will need to be done through the database using a tool like PHPMyAdmin or Adminer.

Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login and share via the link below:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Be sure to also include temporary access to PHPMyAdmin or install the Adminer plugin.

Thanks

Lorenzo
