Hello Event Espresso Team!
I received this message from my website builder who asked me to reach out for help please: Thank you!
I am getting the following error when trying to display the widget. You will need to contact Event Espresso for a fix: Fatal error: Call to undefined function espresso_list_of_event_dates() in /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/widgets/upcoming_events/EEW_Upcoming_Events.widget.php on line 360

Hello,
This error did not look familiar so I ran some searches and found a prior support post where this could be triggered with the Cornerstone page builder.
Is that in use on your site?

Hi Lorenzo,
The person building my site said he is not using the Cornerstone page builder. Will you please help me do a simple Upcoming Events feature on my home page or at least give me easy instruction? Please let me know what you need from me. Thank you in advance for your help, Lorenzo.

Hi there,
The error shown is not specific to the Cornerstone plugin but is common with some visual builders and happens when the widget is loaded but Event Espresso core is not.
Which builder are you using on the site?

He’s using Divi page builder.

You should be able to use a short code like [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] instead of the widget. You might also contact Elegant Themes support to see if there’s a way to slightly delay the loading of the Divi Builder so other plugins like Event Espresso can load in things like the function that hadn’t loaded yet, which was why you saw that error.
