While activating the voucher import tool on I receive the following:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare espresso_voucher_import() (previously declared in …./wp-content/plugins/espresso-voucher-import/espresso_import.php:30) in …./wp-content/plugins/espresso_import11/espresso_import.php on line 57

Hi Sue,
It appears you have 2 instances of the Voucher Import Tool uploaded, one already activated and the current version you are trying to activate. You can only have one instance of the plugin activated.
/espresso-voucher-import/ & /espresso_import11/
If you go to you Dahsboard -> Plugins can you see ‘Event Espresso – Voucher Import’ listed as activated within that page? For example – http://take.ms/KdpuJ
