Hi,
I would like to create an event in EE4 with:
Adult £10
Child £5
Family ticket £25 (two adults and two children)
I’ve been looking at https://eventespresso.com/topic/family-ticket-capture-details-of-4-attendees/ but as I want to specify 2 children and 2 adults (not 4 adults) I’m not sure how to do this with ticket bundles/price modifier.
I need to capture name and address info for the adults but not the children (although I understand I can’t be specific about that as the questions are for additional recipients generally, not ticket type).
Could you advise me on how best I might achieve this?

Hi Penny,
How are you today?
I’d recommend creating a “Family Pass” ticket that is priced as needed, but has a quantity of 4 (min and max), because that will create a Ticket Bundle: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-ticket-bundle/
Your adults can choose whether to fill out the child’s information or use their own information (if you’re asking for the Additional Attendee’s information).

Hi Garth, thanks that’s what I thought, I wanted to avoid someone registering 4 adults for a family ticket by specifying 2 adults and 2 children, but I think from your response that would need to be in the Ts and Cs? So for a family ticket bundle of £25 I’d need to price tickets at £6.25?

Hi Penny,
Yes, it would need to be in the T&C’s, you could aslo add it to the ticket name/description.
Yes, set the tickets to $6.25 (ticket price = bundle price/ number of tickets).
