Hi,

1 We are looking for a Facility Reservation System Plugin and would like to utilize it for our web portals or intranet for Condominiums.

2 We are looking for a plug-in for the booking of facilities in apartment buildings with certain business rules, i.e.:

• Limits WHO can book and the number of slots that can be booked each day
• BBQ Pits can only be booked at 4hr blocks
• Tennis courts can only be booked in 1hr blocks
• Public holidays have their own rules like maximum of 1hr for tennis courts
• Cancellation cut off dates also in effect
• Disallow booking on certain slot/s (E.g. slot used for maintenance of facility)

3 Are there systems able to adapt to these business rules out-of-box?

4 Would it be possible for us to customize the rule changes?

5 Does it have WordPress user integration? A must feature; if not does it provide an API to get WP user info during form filing or booking?

6 Is there an API that we can use to call external code for additional business rules checking?

7 Can it support a self-service model, where users can add edit and cancel (retire) bookings?

8 Providing a demo account as a registered user and an administrator to try out the reservation system would be ideal
