Hey guys, we are longtime customers, and always appreciate of the quality support. Just wanted to say in advance, before I unleash my problems ๐
I have been struggling to get a Facebook pixel to fire properly and pass the data for some conversion events during checkout.
A prior support thread between another customer and Josh & Tony has been helpful: https://eventespresso.com/topic/facebook-pixel-populate-dynamically-fields-from-event-espresso-event/
but I probably got in a little over my head fiddling with the php, and now I am having some fatal errors show in the log files. Today and tomorrow will be big ticket sales days, so if visitors get locked out or are having problems, it is a big deal.
Basically I took the code from the referenced thread (which was available here: https://gist.github.com/amistry007/a4cdc3af229aa77c3e960f0c083829e1). At the end of the thread, Tony mentions a number of additional improvements to the code… and I unwisely tried to wing it and do myself.
I am using our Support Token for this, could someone perhaps take a look into this and maybe help me fix the code? I will send more details in the form submission for the support token.
Just noting that we have received your support token and I have replied directly via email, please follow up there and I’ll take a look at the code used.
