Expresso not working – Attendee information not submitted successfully

Each time someone register (with first,last name and email), we get a green box message saying that “Attendee information submitted successfully”..

But when checking registrations in the back end, there is no information, just a small star and nothing works…

Try it yourself, see below

Hi Max,

The registration is not saved until the ‘Finalize Registration’ button has been clicked. For paid events this is after a Payment method has been selected, for free events this button appears after the attendee enters their information and clicks ‘Proceed to payment options’, they will then see a massage stating the event is free and a button to Finalize.

If you run through a registration, clicking the ‘Finalize Registration’ button, does the registration then show?
