Is it possible to export an invoice after an attendee has signed up / attempted to sign up for an event? I can’t seem to figure out how to do that and in the event that an attendee does not receive the automated invoice or receipt from the system it would be helpful for us to be able to export it manually and attempt to resend them.
Hi David, an attendee/registrant should receive a registration details email that includes the price paid. An actual receipt would come from a payment processor. For example, if an attendee/registrant paid via PayPal, then PayPal would send a receipt for the funds transfer.
I’m using 4.4.10.p – what I’m specifically referring to is the confirmation email they system sends them once they’ve successfully registered or registration is pending payment. On occasion the recipients don’t receive this email and we would like to export it and send it to them manually. Is this possible?
If you go to the Transactions menu page you can click the View Transaction Receipt icon to view/download the Order Confirmation.
You could also go to the Registrations menu page and edit a registrant and then click Resend Registration which will resend the registration email to them.
