When I attempt to export my attendee list including lesser records it is taking way too long. Below is my system status information. My client for this website is very concerned about this as it’s a vital part of their business.
We noticed the issue first started when the plugin was updated. Please let me know if there’s anything you can do to help.
This may be from running PHP Version 5.2.17 on the server. That’s really old and I can recommend updating to a supported version of PHP. Along with that, someone from Event Espresso support can troubleshoot further if you can send FTP credentials via the redeem a support token form.
