I’m on a Personal License, creating an event site which i need to be able to 1) Export the Attendee List to and Excel file and also 2) Add discounts to my tickets to cater to different pricings (My event has 3 sales windows – Early Bird, Regular and On-site). I can’t seem to find where to do either.
Are these functions only available in the Business and Developer License? If not, can someone point me to the right places?
Sincerely appreciate any help, thank you very much 🙂
Registration CSV export is currently available for Event Espresso 4. You can reach this screen by going to WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over an event and then click on Registrations. The export button appears at the end of the page.
I’ve create a feature request for Excel export (XLS) so that it can be considered for a future version of Event Espresso 4.
Promotional codes aren’t available for Event Espresso 4. However, you can create three different tickets and then use the discount option for the price modifier: http://cl.ly/image/2X3w0W1d3R2T
This is available in the Event Editor in the ticket area. Click on the gear to view advanced options. Be sure to save changes.
Now when a ticket is purchased, the discount will appear as a line item.
