Hi Guys:

I’m running an event next week and EE4 tells me I have 103 registrants, but when I export them to CSV there are only 95.

Nothing worse than not having confidence in my system. Could you please help asap?

Thanks,

Bill

Hi William, are you using the WP User integration for your project?

If so, any unpublished contacts will not appear in the registrations CSV report.

Hi Lorenzo:

No, I only use Stripe and Mailchimp add ons. I need this taken care of soon as the event is next week. If your turnaround time is slow I’ll buy a token. Let me know.

Bill

Hello again, I’ve gone through some events on a few of our testing sites and I haven’t seen this appear.

Could you confirm that you are using an up to date version of Event Espresso 4?

I’m using 4.8.18p, so that’s not the issue. Next?

I just spent the last 30 minutes purchasing a support token to havbe you take care of this and when I hit “submit” it wouldn’t go through. I’m getting very tired of this Lorenzo. I don’t have the time to fix this and I need it done. Please log in and take care of it for me.

Hi Bill,

I’m sorry for the trouble, the form will not allow you to submit if any of the required fields have not been provided.

One field that people often miss is the radio button stating if you have confirmed the details work correctly – http://take.ms/83toY

Can you retry and double check that all required fields have been provided please?

Once we have your login details I will get straight onto investigating this further.

I have replied via your support token, can you please follow up there.

Where?!?! Come on guys. The hoops I’m jumping through are killing me. I went to my account page and the support page and the support token page and couldn’t find a link to token.

I replied via the email address that was used to send the support token (the email address on your account)

I’ll add the details here as currently the login details provided are incorrect. I tried both the wp-admin and ftp details provided for both login requests and both state the password is incorrect.

Can you recheck and re-send the details using the form once again please:

https://eventespresso.com/redeem-a-support-token/

Once we have working details we can get straight on this.

It’s hard to get details correct when it hides the password that you type in!

Now it’s the end of my lunch and I can’t fill out an entire new form in time so it will have to wait until later. This is so frustrating. it would be great if you could email me at bill@tozzo.net or bill.tozzo@gmail.com or call me

That first email is the address used to reply previously.

I’ll resend my email, if you still don’t receive an email from myself can you send one to support[at]eventespresso.com

I’ll then use that to reply.

I just emailed a login info. I tested it first and was able to verify when I typed.

Thank you, the new login details worked.

I have replied via email but will add the details here as it seems there has been a problem with receiving the emails.

Currently your event has 96 registrations.

The export contains 95 registrations, the single missing registration is because of the 96 has a registration status of Pending Pending payment with a TXN status of Abandoned. These will be ignored from the CSV unless the Registrations status is updated to Approved.

In your screenshot you show 103 registrations, have you recently trashed some registrations?
