Hello

Getting the following fatal error message when trying to export registration list to csv

Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code [, Exception $previous = NULL]]]) in /home/pbm1989/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EE_Error.core.php on line 82

Hello,

It will help if we can add some debug code to your site and log a stack trace. If possible, can you please send WordPress admin level log in credentials and working FTP/SFTP credentials via the contact form on this page:

Hi Dadrian,

Thank you for sending. I’m afraid that since you did not include FTP credentials there’s not much I can do. Can you try checking the folder permissions of the wp-content/espresso folder on your server and make sure that PHP can write to it? If not, please resend the form and include FTP credentials and someone from Event Espresso support can check the folder permissions.

Hi Dadrian,

Since your website is running WordPress version 4.0.10, you’ll need to update to at least WordPress 4.1 (4.4 is recommended) in order to use the Export Registrations to CSV. This is because the current version of Event Espresso’s CSV feature requires functions that were introduced in WordPress 4.1.
