Hi,
I also tried to give all permissions to the uploads and uploads/espresso directories but in vain. I also tried this solution Could you please give me a possible solution to the problem? |
Hi there, Check your server’s error logs around the time you are getting the above, can you see any errors from Event Espresso? Note your host will usually have a section in your control panel to view PHP error logs. |
No there is no error logged regarding this thing in the error log. I have already checked it. |
For you to get the above error there has to be either a PHP error being thrown, A JS error preventing the batch runner (unlikely if you are getting the error in question though) or something hooking into the ajax request in the background and doing something completely unexpected. If you open your browser’s dev tools on the page and then run a report, are there any errors within the console? |
Hi Tony, Here is the screenshot of the console https://www.screencast.com/t/psskMTVfxw3 Thank you, |

Hmm, so you’re getting a response code of 520…. running Cloudflare? In dev tools, open the Network tab and run the export. You should see the admin-ajax.php requests happening each time. On the one that fails, click on it and do preview: https://monosnap.com/file/0A58IPTc0dN8A7It80QwdiPsa0mLZF What do you see there? |

Can I take a look at this in the admin? I’ll need temp login credentials and the steps you are taking for the current report to take a look. If that’s ok you can send temp credentials using this form: |
Hi Tony, credentials sent Thank you, |
Hi Mark, What am I exporting to reproduce this? There are a few different ways to run an export so I’d like to match whatever you are doing. |
Just to note, I’m currently running an all registrations CSV report which is at 59% and no error so far, so I need to know what report your running to see if I can reproduce. |
Hi Tony, I think you are on the same page, I am trying to export registrations check this screenshot, I am getting errors in Rendon percentage, mostly after 25%, Thank you, |
Yeah I’m on the same report. I’ve run through the export multiple times now and not had any fail. I’m currently running 2, one in Chrome and one in FireFox but I’ve done a few exports in Chrome with no issues so don’t expect any atm. Your screenshots are in Chrome so I assume that’s where you are getting the error, right? |
Ran a few more exports and unfortunately no issues with any so I don’t know what is happening on your end. Maybe something on the server blocking your requests? |
Hi Tony, I working fine now at my end also, maybe the issue with the hosting, Thank you for all the help, |
You’re most welcome. Odd issue but I’m glad it is working for you now 🙂 |
