I’m trying to test the registration export functionality and I’m having some trouble. I originally wanted to make sure the custom questions were included in the data but when I run the export, the downloaded file only contains a header row and an empty row of commas. I tried creating a new event, registering for it and got the same results. Here is a sample of the data I’m getting:
I’m running EE 4.8.13.p with EE WP Users 2.0.6.p and others (table & grid view, calendar, etc..). |

Perhaps the pre tag might have been a better choice than the code tag: "Transaction ID[TXN_ID]","Attendee ID[ATT_ID]","Registration ID[REG_ID]","Time registration occurred[REG_date]","Unique Code for this registration[REG_code]","Count of this registration in the group registration [REG_count]","Registration's share of the transaction total[REG_final_price]","First Name[ATT_fname]","Last Name[ATT_lname]","Email Address[ATT_email]","Address Part 1[ATT_address]","Address Part 2[ATT_address2]",City[ATT_city],State[STA_ID],Country[CNT_ISO],"ZIP/Postal Code[ATT_zip]",Phone[ATT_phone] ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, |

And I forgot to mention…the original reason I was testing this was to see if custom questions were included in the export. It seems they are not. |
Hi Anthony, Are you seeing this information in a web page or is it being exported and then some information is missing? If you are able to see the CSV information but it is loading in a webpage, then please try the second solution on this page: http://www.lasalle.edu/~blum/c341wks/CSVwithHTACCESS.php If you click on the first button on that page, then you’ll see that it loads in your web browser. If you click on the second, then you’ll see that it downloads. We want your site to download the file. Could you try adding the following line to your htaccess file on your site? AddType application/octet-stream .csv The htaccess file can be found in the WordPress root which is the location for the wp-content, wp-admin, wp-includes and other files. You can access it by using an SFTP or FTP client such as FileZilla or Cyberduck. — |

Sorry for not being clear. It is downloading a CSV file as expected. I simply copied/pasted the data into the ticket so you could see what I was getting. Any idea why there’s no data? |

And just in case you were going to ask, the site is running WP 4.2.5 on PHP 5.4.35. I know EE said something about PHP 5.5 but the problem existed before updating EE to the latest version as well. It’s a development site and we are planning on updating to WP 4.3.1 soon but I don’t know if there are any immediate plans on upgrading PHP on the server. |
Hi Anthony, Can you go to Event Espresso -> Registrations -> Contact list. Check the contacts there are ‘Published’, to do this you need to edit the contact by clicking on their name. Then on the right hand side, does it show ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’ on the button in this section – http://take.ms/G0LRJ |
