I saw some tutorial to export CSV file, to hover over the event name and the “export” button would show. Mine does not! See screenshot for reference.
Also, no button for importing either. Would that be thru standard WP import posts?

Hi there,
It turns out that current versions Event Espresso 4 do not have an export / import feature. There is work being done to add this in a future version.

What you mean? We just moved from EE3, and made sure that feature was included on the EE4 before the transition.
Can you provide us with an older version of EE4 that accepts the export/import please?

This isn’t an older version, but rather a branch that has some work done to add the feature. It’s not complete, but you are welcome to download it and test it out and see if works for your purposes:
