Export All Attendee Data Isn't working

For our comedy club (jokejointcomedyclub.com), I’m trying to export all of the attendee data, but the file that downloads only contains five rows of data. I’m sure I’ve done this before and it worked, but maybe I only did it for our other club??? The five or six rows that do download, seem to be for random events. (I.e., its not the first five attendees, or the first five events).

Any help would be appreciated.

Ken

Hi Ken,

Can you check the PHP version that’s running on the site? The Event Espresso > System Status tab will show you the version number.

Hi Ken,

The solution for you will be either a) temporarily deactivate the Ticketing add-on when you run the reports or b) ask your host to update your server to PHP 5.3 or higher. The latter is the recommended solution, since PHP 5.2 isn’t getting security updates anymore.

It turns out the ticketing add-on adds a few columns to the report, and when it processes the information for the the report, it runs some functions that require a minimum of PHP 5.3. There’s more information about which versions of PHP are currently supported here:
