I see the merchant processors you support at this link as Authorize.net AIM method only (On-site) and Mijireh (off-site):
https://eventespresso.com/features/payment-options/

Here is my confusion:
1) What is Authorize.net AIM method only (On-site) – is everything contained on my website?
2) If I use Authorize.net, do I also need Mijireh?
3) If I use Mijireh, what else do I need?

Hi,

Authorize net AIM is onsite. The attendee/registrant will never leave your website if you use this payment gateway.

PayPal would be an example of an offsite payment gateway since the registrant is transferred to a secure PayPal page and then returned to your site.

Mijireh provides a connection to other payment gateways http://www.mijireh.com/docs/payment-gateways/.

For example, there isn’t currently a Stripe payment gateway for EE4 but you could use Mijireh to process payments through Stripe.
