Hello
if I have an event which has expired – active status showing as expired – how can i re open this event temporarily to allow someone to register

You can re-open the event temporarily to allow someone to register by changing the ticket(s) sale end date to a future date/time. Along with that, you may need to create a temporary date time that’s set to happen now or in the future. The temporary date time can be removed after the registration is added.

Hi there,
Your events datetime has the event end date set in the past – http://take.ms/gB3MP
As you have not ‘active’ or ‘upcoming’ datetimes the event remains expired. If you change that date to something in the future the event should become active again.
