I have event date times that occur BEFORE the event start in the overview of events. I can’t get the event to display all the events on the calendar. The calendar goes off of the eventstart in the overview. What can I do? I need this to display.

I have a business membership. Do I need to purchase priority help?

Hi Diane,

You do not need to purchase a support token as you have an active support license.

I’m not sure I fully understand what you have described with your event dates and the events calendar but I’ve shared some feedback below.

If you have a single event that has multiple datetimes and you want each datetime to appear on the calendar as a separate entry, then separate events would need to be created for those events. The easiest way to do this would be to setup basic information about the event such as title, description, venue, tickets, question groups and then publish the event.

Then click the duplicate button which appears under the title and URL. A similar event will then be created. From here, adjust the name as need and then update the datetimes and ticket datetimes and publish the event. Then duplicate this event and continue these steps until all of your events have been populated.

Thanks

Lorenzo
