Hi,
we have one event, which only will occur, if ten participant request this event.
Only then we set a date.
The people should not select a date, they should make a request. And then we inform them about a date per email.
How can we realize this?

Hi Daniela,
Currently Event Espresso does not have that functionality, however as a workaround some users have set an event far into the future, then hidden the date output on that event (and the email templates used for that event) so the user doesn’t know what the date is when registering.
Would that work for you? I can provide more details on the steps you’ll need to take if it sounds like something that will work for you.
