Hello,
I’ve installed the plugin, added the command line to the page I want it to appear in, ensured that my version of Event Espresso is the latest I can (v4.8.26p) but the table still doesn’t appear. Suggestions?

The coding for that part of the page is below:

[two_third]
Open for Registrations

[ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE][/two_third]

Hi Greg,

Does the shortcode itself display or is just blank?

Are you using a page builder plugin? If so can you try creating a new temporary page and without using the build just add the shortcode to the page, does the template then work?

Also the latest version of EE4 is currently 4.8.30.p

I do not think this is related to the version of EE core you are using but I would recommend updating.

Hi Tony.

I created a new page (not using a page builder plugin, that I know of) and the shortcode still appears (http://telg.com.au/test-page/), not the actual table.

The page I am wanting to work is http://www.telg.com.au/register

Thanks,

Greg

Hi Tony,
Further, I’ve just discovered that our webhost isn’t running the correct version of php, and I am currently seeking an upgrade to 5.4. I’ll let you know how I go.
Thanks,

Greg

Thanks for letting us know Greg.

Was your site previously set on an older version of PHP and updating to a current version resolved the issue or were there some other changes?

Hi Lorenzo,
Updating PHP was the solution, as well as (and I’m embarrassed to say), activating the event espresso plugin. We’d just migrated our site and I didn’t realise the plugin wasn’t re-activated. I’ll remember to check more carefully next time.
Regards,
Greg
