There are 2 transactions in event esspresso with a registration status of approved, transactions status complete, the correct transaction amount posted in event esspresso, but absolutely nothing in paypal relating to the transaction. How can this happen and how can I prevent it in the future? The website is BinnacleHouse.com

Hi there,
If you open up the EE transaction (View the registration and then click the ‘View Transaction’ button in the Registration Details section) does it show items in the ‘Transaction Items’ section or is it blank?

Also, on that same page you can see any payments assigned to the transaction, is there a payment from PayPal shown there?

The transaction details are there and there appears to be a payment from paypal for both transactions is there a way for me to send you screen shot of each transaction
