Do you currently have an active support license? The account you are currently logged into does not have any license.
It is not the redirect that is causing this, the problem is your cart page has been cached with that event within the cart (likely when the first user selected that event WP-Super-Cache cached the returned page and is now serving it to all users)
Notice it shows the event? None have been selected and your session is clear within a new incognito window.
You’ll need clear the cache within WP-Super-Cache (simply disabling the plugin does not clear the cache) then set up WP-Super-Cache to exclude the EE3 critical pages from the cache.
