Events overbooked

I have had two events which have sold out but the system has allowed further bookings
This is the first time I have had this problem
Can you fix this please?

Hi there,

How many tickets oversold on the event?

Was there a limit set on the datetime, ticket(s) or both?

Which payment method are you using and were the overbookings made at roughly the same time as the ‘last’ available ticket?

1 at each event

I always set both

I use stripe and paypal

they were not made at roughly the same time

Could you share a screenshot of the date times and pricing option area of the event editor please?

Alternatively, could you let us know the setup of the event? How many datetimes and what was the limit? And how many pricing options and did they have any limits?
